Without were Fightings, Within were Fears

2 Corinthians 7:5 - For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears. 

Trouble at every side

How then will we survive?

The world around is full of unrest 

And trying to push in against our requests

The fightings rage on

While we wish for it all to be gone

And instead of our fellow brothers standing firm

We scatter and wander away at every turn

We lead our lives in fear

Instead of trusting God so dear

Trouble at every side

How then will we survive?

By meditation and prayer

We lay our struggles bare

We trust the Holy one to deal 

With all the ailments we need healed 

Trouble at every side

How then will we survive?

My God will remove the fear and fighting

In a way oh so mighty
